RETURNS INFORMATION

For all other items you can return the product within 14 days of delivery if it is faulty or damaged. Make sure to include contact information with the return & for your protection please make sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.
* Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
* Please note, as we are a currently running a small operation & we do not offer refunds on incorrect sizes ordered, we are however happy to swap the incorrect sizes (within 14 days) if the items are in their original condition.
EXCHANGES POLICY
* We cannot hold stock for exchanges therefore in order to exchange your item you must return the original product & submit a new order online. The original item will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item.
